Alaska Vacation Store is owned by Wigi
Tozzi, who has lived in Alaska since 1986. He first came to Alaska on
a vacation in the summer of 1985, and that vacation changed his life.
Wigi created Alaska Vacation Store because he believes that many
people who come to Alaska have been dreaming and planning their
vacation for years. For many, their visit to Alaska is the culmination
of those plans and dreams.
Since we’re not just planning
vacations, but putting together people’s dreams, we bring all of our
knowledge and skills to the process of putting together a vacation of
a lifetime. We believe that selling vacations off-the-shelf, as many
of our competitors do, is more about selling trips to tourists than it
is about planning a dream vacation for our friends. With that in mind,
we take the time to get to know our clients, and make our clients our
friends. We find out what their Alaskan dream vacation is all about,
and put that trip together for them. Since we’re here in Alaska, and
we’ve been here for many years, we are in a position to know the best
tours, accommodations, secret hideaways and fantastic sights and
sounds.
We love Alaska, and we want all of our
guests to fall in love with Alaska, too. We feel that the most
important part of that is to make our clients feel like they’re our
friends and family, and that we’re putting together the best custom
trip just for them… Because we are!
