Honey
Do you buy much honey from the
grocery store? Have any idea what kind of process it goes
through before it gets to your local shelves? Trust me, you
don't really want to know.
Honey used to be referred to
as "Nectar of the Gods". Our honey is raw, pure, unfiltered,
unadulterated honey completely lives up to this term. You
can almost taste the majesty of Alaska in it. Clean and
light, it's primary floral source is the Fireweed plant.
Remember, once you try it, there is no going back to the
substandard honey you have eaten in the past!

Creamed Honey - Hate it
when you put honey on your biscuit and it drips all
over you? Well, hold over your plate, and that won't
happen! However, if your life is half as hectic as
mine, you know that sometimes you just gotta eat on
the run. This raw honey has been mixed with other
raw honey that has started to crystallize. It's
called "seed honey", and is kind of like using a
sourdough starter. You remember rock candy? Same
thing, only the crystals used are very, very tiny,
and cause the rest of the honey to take on the same
texture. It's like spreading peanut butter on your
sandwich, but it is NOTHING but pure, clean, raw
Alaskan honey. I dare you to try it!
